Shipping policy

We ship components to all states in Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak via J&T Express, Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce and Ninja Van.

All components are carefully packed to protect them in transit. Fully assembled PCs are pickup only.

Klang Valley: 1 to 3 business days.

Peninsular Malaysia: 2 to 4 business days.

Sabah & Sarawak: 4 to 7 business days.

Tracking is sent on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Assembled PCs cannot be shipped. Please arrange in-store pickup or contact us to discuss local delivery options.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item shipped or a dead on arrival part.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for courier delays once a parcel has been handed over, and physical damage caused by the courier must be claimed with the courier.

Self pickup is available at Jet Chain PC Solutions, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. No shipping fee applies.

Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup time. The store operates daily 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM by appointment.
