Return & refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for dead on arrival items, incorrect items and items damaged during shipping.

Opened and installed components are generally not eligible for return, except where the item is faulty.

Dead on arrival items verified by our team.

Items that differ from what was ordered, such as the wrong model or specifications.

Unopened items returned within 7 days, subject to a restocking fee.

Physical damage caused by the courier or user error.

Software, licence keys or downloadable content.

Items without original packaging, accessories or proof of purchase.

Custom-assembled PCs, which are covered by the parts warranty and our 30-day workmanship warranty instead.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Bank transfer refunds may take 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement or store credit as an alternative.
